Which File to Choose
Letter paper with Sunday as the first day is the usual pair in the United States and Canada. A4 is the standard sheet almost everywhere else, including the UK, India and Australia: pick Monday or Sunday to match the calendars you already use.
Choose the file that matches the paper in your printer. A Letter page is 6 mm wider and 18 mm shorter than A4, so printing one on the other makes the printer shrink or crop it. The year page is portrait, month pages are landscape, and every file keeps a 0.5 in (12.7 mm) margin on all sides.
