How It Works
Choose a PDF
Any PDF without a password. The preview lists which pages land on each sheet.
Pick the paper
A4 folds into A5 pages, Letter folds into 5.5 by 8.5 inch pages.
Print both sides
Print double-sided and flip on the short edge. Fold the whole stack in half and staple along the fold.

Every sheet holds four booklet pages, two on each side. Blank pages go at the end.
Page Order on the Sheets
For an 8 page PDF the first sheet carries pages 8 and 1 on the front and 2 and 7 on the back. The second sheet carries 6 and 3, then 4 and 5. Folded and nested, the sheets read 1 to 8. The tool works this out for any length.
No two-sided printer? Print the odd pages of the booklet PDF first, put the stack back into the tray, then print the even pages. Try it with one sheet first: printers feed paper differently, and you may need to turn the stack.

No. The PDF is read and rearranged by your browser on your device.
Why were blank pages added
A folded sheet always has four pages, so the booklet length is rounded up to a multiple of 4 with blank pages at the end.
Which flip setting do I need
Flip on the short edge. With the long edge, every second side prints upside down.
How many pages can a booklet have
There is no fixed limit, but past about 40 pages a single fold gets thick. On a phone very large files may run out of memory.
