How It Works
Choose photos
Pick up to 60 photos. When they do not fit on one sheet, the tool adds more sheets in the same layout.
Pick paper and layout
Choose the paper, how many photos go on each sheet, the margins, and whether photos fill their cell or show whole.
Create and print
Create the PDF, then download it or print it. In the print dialog keep the scale at 100 percent so sizes stay exact.
Photo Size on Each Paper
| Paper | 1 per sheet | 2 per sheet | 4 per sheet | 6 per sheet |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A4 | 190 x 277 | 190 x 136 | 92.5 x 136 | 92.5 x 89 |
| Letter | 195.9 x 259.4 | 195.9 x 127.2 | 95.5 x 127.2 | 95.5 x 83.1 |
| 4 x 6 in | 81.6 x 132.4 | 81.6 x 63.7 | 38.3 x 63.7 | 38.3 x 40.8 |
| 5 x 7 in | 107 x 157.8 | 107 x 76.4 | 51 x 76.4 | 51 x 49.3 |
Calculated by this tool: 10 mm margins, 5 mm between photos. With no margins the cells grow by the margin on each side.
How Photos Are Placed
Photos go left to right and top to bottom: two photos sit one above the other, four make a 2 by 2 grid and six make two columns of three. A photo turns by 90 degrees when that fits its cell better, so a landscape picture fills a tall cell without shrinking.
Fill and crop covers the whole cell and trims the edges of the photo evenly from the center. Show whole photo keeps every pixel and leaves white space where the shapes differ. Each photo is placed at up to 300 dots per inch for its cell, which is what photo printers use, and never larger than the photo itself.
Margins of 0 mm make sense only on printers that print borderless, usually on photo paper. Most office printers leave about 3 to 5 mm blank on each edge.

Questions
Are my photos uploaded
No. The photos are read and placed by your browser, and the PDF is made on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Why is part of my photo cut off
With Fill and crop the photo covers its whole cell, so the edges that do not fit are trimmed evenly. Switch to Show whole photo to keep every part of it.
Can I print without borders
Choose None for margins. The printer still decides: only printers that support borderless printing on that paper print to the edge.
How many photos can I add
Up to 60 at a time. They are placed in the order you picked them, filling one sheet after another.
